The property has great facilities and is conveniently located near everything. I specifically booked it because breakfast was advertised as included, as I was traveling for study purposes and having breakfast available was important for my schedule. Unfortunately, no breakfast service was provided during my stay. While this was disappointing, it wasn’t what made me feel uncomfortable. What I truly regret was the way the receptionist reacted when I inquired about it. Later, when I returned to ask for another item, I noticed she appeared to be making fun of me with a member of the cleaning staff, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
This was my first—and definitely last—time staying at Lincoln Suites. It is absolutely not worth the money. I stayed at the property for almost two weeks. During the last week of my stay, there was no hot water in the shower. I reported it to the receptionist multiple times, and each time I was told someone would look into it—but no one ever did. I also mentioned other issues: the toilet paper holder was broken, and there was a leak coming from the tub area. Again, I was told it would be addressed, but nothing was ever fixed. Most concerning of all, my elderly mother fell due to the persistent bathroom leak that was never addressed, despite multiple complaints. On top of that, the staff seemed reluctant to provide even basic supplies like toilet paper. I found myself having to repeatedly ask, and eventually just went out and bought my own. That is completely unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a paying guest. The customer service here is terrible. Management needs to step up—train your staff to be more responsive, polite, and professional. Your guests deserve better.
It's okay. Watch carefully that you get the room according the pictures. Staff is very friendly. Sound insulation is poor so you hear all the people in the corridors and the nightclub nearby.
Was there from 2/26/25 till 3/13/25. The good: nice rooms, beautiful view from the balcony and even better from the rooftop area. Ideal location, many businesses and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a metro station 🚉 right across the street that can get you just about anywhere in the city. The staff is friendly but often somewhat forgetful when you ask for clean, dry towels and toilet paper. The bad: housekeeping does not replenish or clean your room every day. I ended up having to buy my own toilet paper. No ice machine is available. The ugly: the pool. Enter and swim 🏊♀️ at your own risk. I was afraid of contracting an ear infection, so I stayed away from it. I did see an employee pouring out some dark colored liquid into it. What I didn't see was anyone measuring the PH balance with testing strips. Maybe they do, I just didn't see it. Overall, I'd say that I enjoyed it. Was pleased. Would definitely stay again, and I'm planning on it.
Room, service and food was amazing, but the only issue is with the pool area, because as it has no shield around perimeter, it turns so windy and cold some times, therefore it is impossible to go for a swim. I was expecting to get in the pool last time i was here but i couldn’t pull it off.
