Great service! Our driver Luis was such a nice guy, we even invited him for lunch because he just gave us such a good feeling. We were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids, and had a wonderful day with prompt service and were able to make it back to the ship with time to spare (and have a gorgeous day that gave us the opportunity to avoid the mass of idiots on our cruise ship)

Emilio and his brother Paulino are always right on time with friendly service. Their taxis are clean and their online booking services work perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

OPTIMA provided us with excellent transportation when needed and also guides great excursion tours. We had a driver waiting for us at the Ferry in Samana where the driver then brought us to our apartment to drop off our luggage and change before heading out to a horseback riding excursion at the Limon Waterfall. I was fearful that this would be too much but they handled all those moving pieces effortlessly. Emilio showed great customer service.

We used Emilio's airport transfer services on Apr 16 & 23. Rafael was our driver on the 16th and Emilio on the 23rd. Incredibly prompt. Polite Great service This was our 6th visit to Samana and we'll definitely use his services again.

We had to take a taxi back and forth from Samana airport because Sixt closed their counter for car rental to go and pick-up our car in Las Terrenas. And honestly Optima was excellent at all levels Thank you Emilio, great job
