You love it or you hate it 😂. With that said this review is less about Little Caesars and more about the experience at this location. First, this is a high volume location so the food is fresh. Second the location was admittedly busy but they are staffed for their volume. Third and for me the most important for me is that this location is able to accommodate special orders without exhausting conversations! Having worked at a pizza place I know how different a pizza can be enhanced by adding extra sauce when ordering. Unfortunately many locations in this country find this request confusing and some will insist it can’t be done, other will do only after talking and asking repeatedly to please accommodate the request. Young manager female immediately accepted my order and was very pleasant to deal with and I observed how well she worked with the employees and interacted with customers while I was here. If you ever want to try a solid “chain pizza” I recommend the three meat with extra sauce!

If it weren't for the gas station attendant, this character would be a success; he's difficult to handle.

It's called Hot and Ready, but when you go there, it's never ready, and because they're trying to promote this half-and-half pizza, they never have the pepperoni 350. They make you sit and wait so you can say, "Okay, don't worry about it, just give it to me." The customer service is good, but the general business practice of trying to promote a new pizza without considering the others is not good.
