Terrible service. They didn't have any of the items ready, even after waiting 20 minutes to order. Then it took an hour to get the pizza. Besides that, customers complained about the long wait, and one of the girls serving us excused herself by saying that she doesn't complain when she goes to the bank and has to wait an hour. The point is, her comparison was completely irrelevant, since at a bank you go to complete procedures and withdraw money. And compared to a supposedly fast-food establishment, besides spending our money, they also make us waste our time for over an hour and a half.

At that branch, "hot and ready" is a lie. The drive-thru is incredibly slow. They don't even have napkins.

It's funny that they have a slogan, "fresh pizza out of the oven, no waiting." It's 1:15 pm and I'm the only one waiting, and I've been here for over 15 minutes. :)

High demand, the pizza and its variety are excellent. The service is adequate, but the conditions often make it difficult to move the lines quickly.

I've been at the drive-thru for an hour and they haven't taken my order.
