About a week or so ago, I placed an order here through PedidosYa. I ordered three items, but only received two. I filed a complaint, and they refunded me much less than the cost of the missing items. I had to send an email, which they replied to immediately, asking where I wanted my money back. I said to my card, and it's been four days, and I haven't heard anything. Be careful.

I arrived at 10:09 AM and they're still not open. The employees are just arriving now, and we're standing here waiting.
