Updating: May/2018 Rising 3/5 Rating: 2/5 Nov/2017 The pizza is really good... also re-heated next day and still taste good. The BIG PROBLEM with Little Caesar is the waiting time.... hot and ready doesn't work. Its almost impossible to buy a pizza because of that, so they should do something really quick. We're talking about +45 minutes waiting line, so the whole concept around the brand is not working. The only time i could buy pizza, they only had cheese and pepperoni available.

The pizzas taste very good and the prices are very low but every time the waiting hours just keep increasing. They need to be able to keep up with the clients or else they will keep losing people. I won’t comeback until they make a change

Customer service is HORRIBLE. There are NEVER any HOT-N-READY available. I called in advance and they told me to pick up a HOT-N-READY in 15 minutes. I arrived at the time I was told but had to wait an additional 30 minutes only to later find out I had to wait at least 15 minutes more to receive a HOT-N-READY. After 45 minutes I decided I just wouldn't purchase anything nor would I be back again. The staff needs to be trained, organized and taught to not lie to clients or else no one will be back. It's too bad considering I really liked the pizza. I guess it's back to domino's.

Good price and quality for it, the only issue is the lack of employees which makes the waiting way too long. Im giving 3 stars for the quality of the pizza but not the service itself, its not the few employees fault tho, they do what they can to help but they do need to hire more personnel.

Great place to get a quick and nice quality pizza for a cheap price. The place is very clean and always full but you compared to a restaurant, you will have your pizza much faster. My friends and I love Little Caesars.
