I’m from Connecticut, pizza capital of the world. Little Caesars here in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo is pretty good! Quick, friendly service and solid pizza. Great way to end your day of exploration in the Colonial Zone.

Terrible experience. First, even though I had already bought food and drinks at the restaurant, I bought extra items and they wouldn't give me an extra box or bag to store everything I was taking home. Second, they won't give you a free glass if you haven't bought a soda, and when you do buy a soda, they only give you two decent glasses, at least that's what the woman who served me told me. Another issue is that they don't have a restroom for customers. Obviously, they have a restroom for the employees, but there's no restroom for customers. It doesn't matter if you've spent a million pesos; they won't let you use the restroom. And finally, the menu has very little variety.

The worst experience I've ever had in a pizzeria. Hi, I'm a tourist, and they LITERALLY kicked us and two other families out of the pizzeria today, Tuesday, May 19th, at 10:05 PM. My 3-year-old son, my 4-year-old daughter, and I were there, specifically while we were eating the pizza we had just bought. They said they were about to close (without even telling me they were closing, even though Google Maps says they close at 11 PM). It was the most unpleasant experience of my life. While my son and daughter were eating, a dark-skinned, heavyset man (who they claimed was the manager) and a dark-skinned woman (who had served me at the register) were telling us we had to leave, no matter what, because they were closing, even in a threatening manner. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend that place even to ask for the time, and definitely not if you're a tourist, because they treat you like dirt. 💔 Attention supervisor reading this: that staff is doing a terrible disservice to that branch. Be aware of this, and here's the information so you can request the security camera footage and see for yourself that what I'm saying is true.

We were with a small child and asked to use the restroom. They replied, "The pipe is broken," but when I turned around, I noticed them (the cashier and another employee) whispering amongst themselves, making unpleasant gestures, as if it were a lie. The restroom had no "out of service" sign, and I understand that the Industry and Commerce Law requires establishments to have one restroom available for their customers, and if there is a problem, they must post a notice and fix the issue as soon as possible. As tourists, we do not recommend this place.
