Very disappointing experience. I was ready to purchase a TAG Heuer and found the exact same watch from a reputable authorized U.S. retailer for $500 less (no tax, free shipping). I presented the listing to the sales associate and management in an effort to use their advertised “Price Assurance” policy, but was told the price was “probably an error” and that they would not match it because it wasn’t “in writing” — despite it being publicly listed for sale. They eventually offered just over $200 off MSRP on a $3,000+ watch. I countered at 10% off ($355), which was still well below the $500 price difference I had already found. Management refused to move and ultimately let a serious buyer walk over roughly $155. For a company that promotes price assurance, this felt anything but assuring. Do your research. MSRP on TAG Heuer is not market price. I walked — straight to the nearest resort bar — ordered a beer, and purchased the same watch online for $500 less.
We had a great experience with the sales people. They where very professional. We purchased two bracelets and had a good experience. If you want to see jewelry and have kids just come after 6pm and say you have reservations at the restaurant in the casino.
What a great place, the best customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I were on vacation and we went to little Switzerland to do some shopping. Alberto and Leo helped us chose a gold necklace and a Tudor watch for my wife. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with my wife picky taste haha. Alberto also helped me with the purchase of my dream Rolex watch, I can’t say enough good things about my experience, from the way the watch was presented to me, to the process of purchase, removing all the stickers, sizing it and setting up the time and date. Alberto took the time to go over all the features of the watch with me. Absolutely a prestigious place and experience. They have earned my business for life!
Bought 6 Breitling’s taking advantage of the discounts they where providing. After submitting the purchase for the watches and days later I receive a message that the sale only included the cases and not the bracelets and that I would have to purchase the bracelets for the watches on separate. This was never mentioned when I was purchasing the pieces. It’s a shame what this company is doing plus a lack of communication. I have purchased many watches from ADs overseas and never had to deal with this experience. Would recommend buyers to be careful when buying specially pieces on discount to know exactly what they are buying.
Sexist supervisor/manager. Women beware. I fell in love with a gorgeous black dial Rolex priced at 55k. Once ready to checkout, the salesman called his supervisor/manager to discuss payment options. The supervisor automatically assumed the man accompanying me was paying for the watch! Keep in mind, I was the only one trying on watches and discussing payment options. Not once did I ask the advice or payment from the man accompanying me. The supervisor did not even look at me when discussing payment! He just assumed, of course, the male would be paying. Incredibly rude, sexist, and inconsiderate. By far the worst Rolex experience I have ever encountered. Super incompetent manager. I will be taking this issue to the corporate office. I did not even receive an apology after bringing this to the attention of the staff. Little Switzerland, you have just lost a 55k sale. I will take my business elsewhere, perhaps somewhere that women are treated as equals to men.
