Coming from the US, I was looking for a salon that would be gentle with my extensions. I arrived early on a Monday and asked for a wash and blow dry. Super attentive service and a beautiful blow out. 10/10 recommend! I received service from Deyanira - she was so great! Great conversation as well. Very lux salon and a lux experience.

The worst salon experience of my life. This happened a few years ago, but I still remember it clearly because of how traumatic it was. I went to Llongueras for baby lights and ended up with a patchy, uneven balayage (see photo). The damage was so bad that it took me years—plus a lot of time, money, and effort—to recover my hair. Not only was the result completely unacceptable, but the price was outrageously high for the poor quality of work. When I expressed my concern, the staff treated me as if it were my fault. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was being difficult for pointing out their mistakes. I left one of those appointments on the verge of tears. I even considered taking legal action because of how emotionally and physically damaging the experience was. It’s not just about the bad color job—it’s the way they handled it with zero accountability or empathy. Please be careful. If you care about your hair and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to go elsewhere. 0/5. Overpriced, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth it.
