My experience with the Plaza Lama distribution center has been very bad. The customer service is terrible; they never answer the phone, and if they do, they hang up immediately. In addition, it takes them far too long to deliver appliances, and no one can offer you accurate information. For me, it's awful.

If you're coming to collect appliances, you have to leave your vehicle outside the premises. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
