I'll be generous and give it one star because I can't give less. Over a month ago, I started the process of opening my account, and I haven't received any response to my calls or messages. My advisor literally chooses to ignore each and every message I send, which leads to two possibilities: 1. The account executive doesn't know how to do their job. 2. Opening bank accounts for clients isn't profitable for the account executive, so they choose to ignore this aspect of their work. Fortunately, I was able to open my account with another bank in two days. It's a shame to want to join a recommended bank and encounter this experience.

Very horrible service I’ve been trying to talk to and no one picks the phone they owe me lot of money and been trying to get it for 2 years now. I will have to go to the bank and try to get my money …… HORRIBLE BANK !!!!!

I'm giving it one star because I can't leave a very round 0. My experience with that office was horrible. A representative called Guadalupe Morel asked me for a bunch of paperwork, including checking my credit score, which was a hard inquiry, bringing my credit score down. Then, after weeks of sending my papers and personal info she said the reason for the loan wasn't supported. That showed a lack of professionalism and respect since the purpose of the application was clear from the very beginning. Why having me to waste my time and to bring a negative impact in my credit score? It's sad when employees don't know their work or what are they doing. The worst bank ever!!

I don't use the services of ereBanco but it's very well located opposite the Banco Popular.
