I went, they asked me for a tip, they threw away the open plate with the chicken breasts, I bought a soda and they didn't even give it to me, a long wait for some plantain chips, they charge extra for the potatoes, the chicken breasts were very good but the service and the employees were terrible
Their advertisement for 7 pieces of fried chicken for $250 is false; when you arrive, it turns out to be chicken breast, designed to force you to buy. Furthermore, the service is terrible because the employees ignore you while they're talking amongst themselves.
Terrible. The service is unreliable, and the only good thing is the chicken breast. The fried chicken and the chicken itself are awful; I'm sick, and I have a medical license just for that. The fried chicken tastes like oil, and everything is bad. Disgusting! I absolutely do not recommend eating here.
The chicken pieces taste good, But at that Monumental branch, they don't have the slightest clue how to treat customers. In my case, she offended me, yelled at me in front of her colleagues and other customers, and when the manager asked her to behave, the young woman just replied that she didn't care how she was treating me as a customer and that if they wanted, they could fire her. They definitely need to better evaluate their staff, because if this is how they treat someone who is paying their money and treating the employees with respect, imagine how they treat other customers. The service is terrible, and I think immediate action needs to be taken, since the security cameras provide more than enough evidence to confirm the poor attitude of that staff towards customers.
