I signed up for a course, paying half upfront. After an hour and a half in traffic, I arrived at the academy, and a woman answered the door. She told me the course date had been changed and that I should have checked her WhatsApp status to find out. I tried to explain that they should have notified me, but the woman rudely insisted I should have checked her status. She refunded my money, and I left. This person doesn't know how to deal with people and is very disorganized.
