Horrible management/ service. No hot water what so ever since day of check-in. Was told a technician was working on it never happened.No electricity in the outlets ( bathroom ). Rooms are not soundproof you can hear the music all night and day 7am. Pool and hot tube nonfuctioning. Building is half as built. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My partner and I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, the facilities are impressive. The interior is like new, with a modern and luxurious design evident in the marble floors, excellent lighting, spacious hallways, and tasteful decor. Unfortunately, two serious issues marred our experience: 1. Noise pollution from the nightclub: The music was extremely loud, with decibels so high that it made it impossible for us to sleep and rest properly. We believe that a hotel should prioritize the rest of its guests above all else. We strongly recommend reviewing the soundproofing of the rooms or establishing a volume limit that does not interfere with sleep. 2. Excessive delay at check-in: We had to wait approximately 35 minutes to access our room because there was only one person at reception, who demonstrated a lack of experience in handling the situation. This delay shows a lack of respect for guests' time and creates a very poor first impression. It would be crucial to increase reception staff during peak hours and provide training to streamline the process. These are management aspects that, if addressed, would transform a good stay into an excellent one, and would undoubtedly encourage us to return.

Very nice, good customer service, the young people at reception, Mr. Aramis and Robert, were very friendly, excellent food, the only bad thing is the music in the disco but otherwise everything is fine, I recommend it more for people who are out partying than for relaxing

Everything was great, except for the water, which doesn't heat up quickly. And if you're going to relax, it's a bit difficult because they have a disco that's open all night... you can't sleep well.

Very nice hotel, the customer service is GOOD. If you're looking for something close to everything, it's a good option. BUT if you're looking for something to relax for a few days, NO, because the disco is on the first floor and the music is so loud that it can be heard in the rooms; I couldn't sleep well those days.
