They are irresponsible when you take a generator in for repair; they don't call you, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond on WhatsApp, they repair it without telling you how much it will cost, and when they call you that it's ready, you have to be lucky because if the workshop manager is out riding, then they tell you to come back another day because they can't give you your generator.
