Miguelina was great loved the way she did my hair... Rosa Maria did my Mani and Pedi she was great as well.🙏💗

Wasn’t satisfied with this service at all. Disappointed as she didn’t properly use the correct brushes to do my hair. The hygiene of this place in my opinion was not up to par. Will not be returning.

I have good and bad things about this salon. Ok so I’m a 12 year old girl and my hair turned out very pretty and the detangling did not hurt I was comfortable during the washing and loved the water temperature. The bad thing was during the hair massage and drying. I have a scar on my head the during the massage she was using her nails right on it. I also have a very sensitive scalp and while the drying lady was drying my hair I told her she was burning me. She said I’ll have to deal with it and would not stop pulling my hair. There was smoke because of how hot she put the air. The hair turned out very pretty but still disappointed on the drying service .

I’m so disappointed in my experience with them that I’m inclined to write this review. I went for wash and blowout plus a deep conditioning. But they were so pushy and hesitant with me in doing the keratin that they ended up doing the keratin treatment without my consent therefore making me believe it was a deep conditioning. Now my hair is dull and process. Never again.

I used to love coming here after I moved to DR, but my last two visits to the salon have been absolute hell. Ridiculously long wait times, and they handle everything poorly. I walked in at 9:43 today; got my hair & eyebrows done. Waited almost 40 minutes for my nail lady to do a mani/pedi. She was doing a mani/pedi when I walked in, and KNEW I wanted her to do mine after I was done with everything else. I had no idea it takes TWO HOURS for a mani//pedi to be done! And if they knew she was going to take a while, why wouldn’t they sit me with someone else instead? The manager said I’d get a free mani/pedi next time I went in, but I don’t think they’ll be seeing me again. The time before this one, I waited an hour and a half just to get my eyebrows waxed because they had “nobody” but I later found out my eyebrow lady was in the back WAITING for work. How unprofessional & annoying is that?! Ugh
