Worse travel agency of my life , i paid for tour different countries and what i got instead was totally different, i was supposed to travel with my wife to eiffel tower guess what she is at these moments over there but stranded in Madrid for a full day it means i won't be able to see Paris because we have to fly to another destiny few hours after i land there si don't waste your time and money with these people i feel so scammed is not even funny ....total mess total unorganized thats all i can say , you can look me on google i have rated others business with good rates when they provide the right services and they deliver theirs promises

This agency is a scam. They're irresponsible and won't face their customers. They stole money from many people for European tours, and now there's neither the money nor the tour. 😒 Honestly, it takes a lot of nerve. Over 600 people scammed

I had already traveled with them in 2020 and recommended their company, until they had to refund me for a visa I didn't get. It took them three times longer than they stated, and that was only because I insisted a lot. In the end, they made me go to the agency in person to give it to me in cash, and they only gave me $100 USD in cash; the rest was transferred. So, on top of everything else, I lost time and fuel, not to mention the terrible customer service, except for Erika and Austria, who do a very good job and provide excellent customer service.

If there were an option to leave no stars, I would… but I have to leave something they truly don't deserve. Less than 24 hours before a trip that had been advertised since the end of last year, we were notified that it was canceled, even though it had previously been rescheduled. The entire booking process was completely bizarre, as they never responded to our inquiries about the status of the trip and treated each of us like children. Their only priority throughout the entire process was receiving payments in full. At the time of writing, we were informed that only 50% of the payment would be refunded, which is rather ironic because they didn't even explain why they weren't giving us the full amount. If you see any offers from this agency or know someone who is "interested" in taking a trip with them, I recommend that you look for better alternatives with other agencies that are willing to provide their users with good service, take responsibility for their actions, and have some ethics, which is something this pack of insensitive people lacks.
