We ate here multiple time while staying at the hotel and the food was always freshly cooked and delicious. It took a while coming out but I suppose it’s to be expected when they’re cooking everything fresh. I think about the fish dish from time to time.. Service was outstanding! A must if you’re in the area.

Hotel Lobby Bar/Restaurant. Surprisingly solid range of offerings and well executed. Staff really open up after they see you a few times, even had a special event for the 4th of July. Looking forward to returning.

My first meal in the Dominican Republic, which was excellent. I had the hamburger and fries which were done right. Service was quick and professional. The staff was very friendly. Getting a good hamburger can be tough in both Central America and the Caribbean, this was one of the better ones. I sat at the bar and the staff was very welcoming.

I found the food to be bland and overpriced. The drinks were good. Service has room to improve. Overall I spent way more time than I thought I should have at this restaurant when dinning by myself and not ordering any appetizers. I gues this is to be expected when everything is being prepared from scratch (yes, you can tell ) I dinned here 6 nights and ordered something different every night and never left thinking "that was good, I would order that again".

We went there for lunch. The welcome was very friendly. The restaurant looks modern and clean. The food (I had the salad with fruit and gambas, my colleague a sandwich) was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately the (very friendly) service was extremely slow. It took an hour to get our food. Luckily it was a lunch break on a not so busy day, otherwise it wouldn't have been possible. Over all, I'd go there again as the food was good, but rather for dinner when I have enough time to wait for it.
