When it comes to laser hair removal, they're excellent. They deliver the service and it's completely painless. However, their appointment system is terrible. It's easy to have an appointment at a specific time and end up waiting an hour or more. No one approaches you or lets you know they're behind schedule, and they see people arriving after you being seen first. So, if you make an appointment there, don't go with any plans afterward. They'll see you whenever they feel like it. 😅
