Mitsubishi owners in the Cibao region are starved of a truly specialized repair service for our vehicles. Luxmain embodies everything that's wrong with what's supposed to be a professional, manufacturer-licensed repair shop, offering appalling service and exorbitant prices. I've been a customer of this shop for several years, and after some dissatisfaction on previous visits, the final straw was my last trip there. I went to have a problem with the steering column on my Mitsubishi Montero repaired, and it was a complete disaster. Besides leaving the interior of the vehicle filthy and covered in grease, they only made the problem worse and charged me almost 5,000 pesos for literally doing NOTHING. Two weeks later, I used my vehicle's workshop manual myself and solved, in a much more professional and thorough way than they did (and I'm not a mechanic), what was initially a tiny, easily repairable problem, but which the Luxmain mechanics treated as something out of this world. Between that, and a year or two ago when I took my car in for a transfer case oil change and they ended up overflowing the transmission fluid and charging me for two "links" I never asked them to install or replace, I don't know what to think about what is supposed to be the official service center for so many vehicle brands in the Cibao region.

The prices are a bit high, however, they compensate for this with quality and service.
