⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 - Good facilities, but exhausting logistics THE BEST (Pros): 📍 Location: Excellent spot on Bolívar Avenue, very accessible. ✨ Physical Plant: The facilities are spotless, clean, and modern. 🤝 Administrative Staff: The secretaries are very friendly and polite. 🧪 Laboratory: The lab service is efficient and fast. WHAT TO IMPROVE (Cons): 🔄 Disorganization: The process is confusing. I was made to go around unnecessarily due to the lack of a clear workflow. 📢 Poor Communication: There is no centralized system to notify you about your tests. You have to go floor by floor asking, which is very tedious. ⏳ Waiting Times: Too many people, and the wait is excessive. 🪑 Discomfort: The seats are not suitable for the long hours one spends there. 🩺 Medical Staff: Mixed experience; the care from some doctors did not meet my expectations. CONCLUSION: It is a center with great potential due to its infrastructure, but the internal logistics and lack of coordination between floors mar the experience. Ideal if you are only going for lab work, but be prepared to be patient with appointments.

Lots of know-it-all opinions here... If you have an appointment, it's obvious that if there are people ahead of you, you'll be seen first. An important point is that just as you want to be treated with care, the other patients deserve the same treatment. Just wait, period. I regularly go to cardiology with my mother, and we've always been treated well. When you go to a doctor's appointment at any medical center, you have to wait your turn, whether you like it or not, because you're not a VIP.

If there were an option to give this place a negative rating of -2000 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Never in my life have I encountered such incompetence in a medical center. A simple urine test that should take 5 minutes turned into more than 2 hours due to sheer idiocy. Nobody knows what they're doing, they give you so much misinformation, and they waste a huge amount of your time. PLEASE, don't come here. I had no other choice due to my company's request, but REFERENCE is 100,000% better in EVERY way. I think they let just anyone work here. This is a circus, and the employees are simply clowns. STAY AWAY!
