They damaged a new girdle I bought from them a few days prior, and when I contacted them to see how they would resolve the issue, they didn't even respond when I requested a refund. The girdle was so tight below my waist that it opened my abdominoplasty stitches. Buy those girdles from another distributor; the girdles they sell are MELI BELT. It's not an exclusive brand. Everything is very expensive; they even charged me $48 just to adjust the girdle. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Terrible service. If I could give it zero stars, I would. To begin with, I contacted them about the girdle and they gave me the information to make a deposit. After I made the deposit, it took them two days to even reply. Second, they gave me one price, and after I made the deposit, it was a different price. So I made the deposit, and then I just had to wait for them to feel like replying. And to top it all off, after they finally sent the girdle, they didn't even send me the size I ordered. They sent me a girdle that could fit two of me—way too big! And when I messaged them about the size, they didn't even reply. AWFUL 👎 I absolutely do NOT recommend them!!!

Terrible staff at this branch; they speak ill of customers in front of others 😂 They should have trained staff. The products are very good, though.
