I was there today to buy and cut one sheet of wood. I waited from 12:50 until 4:00 PM. The customer service from the guys there is awful. It's not fair that you go there for one simple sheet and spend the whole afternoon waiting. They said the forklift operator was eating and they couldn't get the sheet from the warehouse, and the wood cutter was also eating and they couldn't cut the wood. With such a large warehouse and so many employees, I understand there should be someone covering shifts when others are absent. Whatever the reason, it doesn't seem fair that you go there for one piece and have to spend so much time waiting for it…
