Terrible service. There's never any staff at the counters, nobody's there to help. Nobody even acknowledges you when you need something. It's a complete mess. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Excellent service and attention; they have what you need...

Today, I picked up my 2020 Hyundai Venue from Kennedy for maintenance. They aligned and balanced the tires, but failed to report a damaged tire. I noticed it and pointed it out to the supervisor, but he ignored me. The floor mats were also filthy. I consider this service terrible, especially since it's not free.
