So far, the slowest courier in Dominican Republic. They take 24 to 48 hours longer than the leading couriers to get stuff from Miami and ready for pick up. Obviously a logistics issue that they are not willing to resolve.

Terrible customer service. My passport was available for pickup on a Wednesday, but they didn't contact me to arrange home delivery (which is how I selected it). That week, they called to schedule it for the following Monday. They didn't arrive on Monday. The next day, I called to find out what had happened. They said they attempted delivery, but it didn't go through because I didn't receive any calls from MBE. Since I was forced to go to the office (despite having paid for shipping), I had to deal with the bad temper of the person who assisted me. I don't know his name, but apparently, he was the only man in the branch. I hate it when people providing a service treat it like it's their own backyard. The aforementioned employee even used foul language (as a joke among colleagues) in front of me. A truly awful experience and service.
