When I renewed my US Visa I paid for my password to be delivered to this mailboxes location and when I went to pick it up I was asked if I had paid for the delivery fee to which I responded that I did, I showed the receipt and the young lady asked me to send a picture of it to Whatsapp number so she can send it to her manager to confirm the payment, it took over an hour of my time for them to confirm it which makes no sense cause the only way for the passport to be delivered to any mbe is if you pay, if you don't pay for delivery. You just go pick it up at the consular service center in Sambil for free

Comfortable place. Easy to find in the Supermercado Nacional and they serve you quickly. Much more expensive than Vimenpaq for international shipments and they take the same amount of time, so I recommend Vimenpaq for personal purchases, although I understand that for sending documents, mailboxes, etc. they are very good.

The Italian owner of this place is a great guy—friendly, knowledgeable about his products, and he sells brand-new items in their original packaging, tests them, and gives helpful recommendations. I'll definitely be doing business with him again; he has the best prices on products I found anywhere.

Excellent customer service, but they need to adjust the prices per pound. I'm a frequent customer of this branch and I haven't switched because of the good customer service, but the prices leave much to be desired.
