Outstanding service, superb atention to details
I had a terrible experience. Before ordering some items, I calculated the price on their app, and when the items arrived, it turned out the price was higher—the pound is incredibly expensive! At 350 pounds, I was told. Despite this, they told me I could return the items. It took them a week to return the equipment, and then they charged me for it being in their warehouse for that time. I used to like their service, but I won't be using it anymore; it was very frustrating.
Excellent courier service for delivering your packages, as well as for shipping, printing, copying, packing, purchasing boxes and packing materials, and archiving.
I'm very disappointed, as it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the La Romana branch by phone, the same goes for WhatsApp, and the mobile app doesn't help resolve my issues either. They provided good service for processing my passport, but everything else has been terrible, and to be honest, I'm almost certain I'll cancel my account with them after this! :/
At the Jumbo supermarket in La Romana, before weighing the package, they put it in two boxes to make it weigh more. I bought some children's shoes and I have to pay 830 pesos for shoes that don't even weigh half a pound, but because they put them in five large boxes, they make it weigh four pounds. That's called robbery.
