Gentes Muy amable Kind people, really helpful

Poor staff management. Today, Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 11:45 AM, an employee rudely ordered customers to leave the office so he could go buy something personal. I understand that he should close the door, attend to everyone who arrived, and then leave. He wasted the time of people who paid for the Premium service to pick up their passports.

It's unbelievable that today, November 15th, I went to pick up SO MANY packages at the Megacentro branch. I had my discount coupon, but they couldn't apply it because the manager wasn't there. They also couldn't give me a discount for the large number of packages I received because the manager wasn't there either. Very poor service. I won't recommend this courier to anyone anymore. No wonder so many people have spoken badly about them and told me to switch. It's a shame that the last orders on their way are going to arrive here, but after they do, I WILL NEVER USE MY MAIL BOXES ADDRESS AGAIN. TERRIBLE!!! El personal tiene muy buena dinámica aunque son un poco lentos con el servicio. Deberían tomar como sugerencia en dividir el personal de impresión del personal de envío/ recogida de paquetes. Ya que solo tiene un espacio para dar información y recibir los pagos lo que hace que la clientela se amontoné y se desespere. En cuanto a precios no son baratos pero tienen precios económicos.
