I would highly not recommended, they are very slow especially with time sensitive documents that require care and precision. I was approved a visa and was told that the visa should arrive shortly after receiving the first email and that the timeline would be 1-2 business days from the receipt of the email. It’s now November 12th and the tracking has not updated since November 3rd. I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp which is not helpful it is the same thing over and over again. Their phone number is worthless, you are not able to get in contact with anyone it just keeps repeating the same menu options without being connected to someone.

I paid for home delivery of my visa-stamped passport at the American embassy. MBE picked it up on Thursday and said it would be delivered the following Wednesday. The embassy said the document would be delivered within 72 hours of pickup. They don't deliver within 72 hours; they're lying. Don't pay. Go pick it up at the embassy office, not at home. They don't keep their word.

I went to get 10 color prints, and they printed them in black and white and charged me for all of them in color. A girl wearing glasses helped me. I want my money back 😤😤😤😤😤
