Really helpful staff!

Bad customer service

Terrible service. The supervisor only replies to messages when she feels like it. I've had a lost order for four days, and even when I'm online, she doesn't respond. It's like they're doing me a favor by not providing the service I pay for, and it's quite expensive because their services are very costly. I had to give it one star just to post this message, but they don't deserve any ratings at all.

It's awful... The products arrive broken and they refuse to do anything about it. They give you one answer and then another, but nothing concrete. I bought a computer and it arrived broken, I buy perfumes and they arrive broken, and the price per pound is higher than anywhere else. EPS is much better.

Excellent service, the staff is very professional, and the location is very easy to find. They also have parking, which is very important! Highly recommended branch!
