They were not responding to my emails and which caused my phone stay in aduanas for months. Because my phone stayed in aduanas for months, they told me that I have to pay an extra fee to get it out. I asked them to send my phone back to USA but they wanted me to pay more than $10,000 pesos. I sent an email stating that they are the reason for my phone being stuck at aduanas and they should be responsible for any costs but the owner never replied to my email. Now I have received an alert from my iphone saying that they are trying to unlock the iPhone. This is not a trust worthy company. They will try to take money from you by any means and if they cant get the money they will take your products just as they are doing with my iPhone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have used mail boxes for the past 3 years . It is the only service in Santiago that I trust , specially with delivering passport on a time . Also, all staff are super friendly and professional.

Horrible customer service, they never pick up the phone I have about 2 weeks with a package that’s been ready to be here and for some reason it’s still not in the mailbox. You email them or call them and never get an answer.
