The service is really bad. I wouldn't mind the prices if I could see were the money was going. They employees will not answer email, text or phone calls even when they're available. If you run into any issues with customs good luck solving it on your own because they will not provide any help or information. I'm pretty sure they provide the slowest service of all the courriers. Packages take 7 days in average to arrive. Only positive is that I haven't lost anything yet and they're close to my office. Besides that, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've been a loyal member for over 11 years (through thick and thin) but I can't take it anymore, new policy for a fixed price of RD$160 for very small packages when the competition is charging less than that per lb. I had to pay 160 pesos for 0.044 lb. :(

The Mail Boxes Etc is a company serving everyone who'd like to make purchases on any website, they will receive the goods in their address in Miami and then bring it to you in your favorite office, or city. They also give other services, making copies, printing etc. Great service!

It's very help to receive mails and parcel from all over the US 🇺🇸 but only if it's worth less than $200 anything up to 200 and over they'll charge you like crazy.

Why do they have to put their telephone number on here if they are not answering? I'm getting frustrated. Have my package over there and they sent me a wrong facture for me to pay the custums for someone else. And they don't even responding my emails
