Second time back at the resort. How does it keep getting better and better each time? Answer: the staff. Jeffry and Candio were the highlight of our trip. Always accommodating and easy to work with. They are a large part of the reason we keep coming back! Lanny was our great towel boy. Great at his job & refreshing to talk too. Loved getting to know him! Wellington Alaina and Yimbu were our swim up bartenders. They kept us hydrated and happy 24/7! Remembering our orders, holding conversation while delivering quality drinks & fast service. Roberto and all of the entertainers staff are remarkable and so fabulous to talk with. Always engaging and make fabulous conversation! This trip wouldn’t have been the same without all of them. Above all I will be going back and highly recommend everyone to consider vacation here as well!

We just celebrated our 25th anniversary at Majestic Mirage!! After a long day of traveling we were greeted and checked in with little to no effort from us! Staff was amazing. From there Osvaldo was incredible! Showing us the grounds taking us to our room and telling us all the amenities! The resort was clean and easy to navigate! We aren’t much of explorers but still had a lot to do and enjoy while there. Again our concierge Osvaldo was so nice and attentive that’s we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only problem I can think of is the lack of restaurants we could enjoy as part of our all inclusive package was few. Thank you Mirage for helping us enjoy our 25 years of marriage!

Maluma aka Juan was very entertaining. We had the BEST time thanks to the entertainment crew at the resort! From day one, they were incredibly energetic, engaging, and genuinely fun. They didn’t just perform — they danced with us, hyped us up, and made sure our group felt included in every activity. What really stood out was how they would actually come find our group and pull us into the fun. Whether it was poolside dancing, games, or the night shows, they made us feel like VIPs the entire trip. Their energy never dropped, and you can tell they truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a resort where the vibe is lively, interactive, and unforgettable — this is it. The entertainment team absolutely made our vacation!

First time at Majestic Mirage. What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL resort and a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Top tier! The rooms, amenities, the staff, the experience- we’ll come back again for sure. We were there on a girls trip celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday. We had a wonderful butler named Isidro. He worked with us so well to pull off my sister’s surprise birthday dinner and decorations. He did soooo good and was attentive, he checked in on us daily. The entire entertainment team (Roberto, BabyFace, Pedro, Juliana, Johanny, and Xavier) were awesome and interactive- they work so hard to make sure the guests are having a good time (they were even great dance partners!). Also ALL of the waiters and staff treated us so kindly, they were very welcoming and treated us like family. Special shout out to the manager at the Japanese restaurant (I believe his name is Tapa, he also works at the Italian restaurant) and our waiter Chefry Alejandro at the steakhouse- thank you for your great service. In fact, all the staff were amazing. Even the energy and joy they put into doing the birthday songs at breakfast and dinner for my sister- it was awesome. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guest experience. We were there for only 5 days, and it felt like we were leaving our friends when it was time for us to go home. The food that was delicious we ended up playing volleyball for one of their plane sessions, and the staff was exceptional in it. They were dancing with us while playing volleyball and made it worthwhile to get involved in the events that are happening at the hotel. Juliana specifically was really Helpful in the beach area. She catered to us with drinks and activities. She was able to get a coworker to help my partner with the one-on-one Spanish class while we’re at the beach because my partner accidentally missed the Spanish class earlier in the day. I would highly recommend Juliana and her coworkers at this resort. We’ve been to several resorts and by far this is one of the most exceptional ones with the service that they provide
