I bought a 2019 Jeep SRT from Manuel Auto Center a few months ago, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle began experiencing multiple mechanical problems. I ended up spending around $4,000 of my own money to get the Jeep back in working order. One of the main concerns was that the radiator system appeared to have water instead of the proper coolant, which raises serious questions about the vehicle's maintenance. I contacted the dealership owner to inform him of the situation and try to reach an agreement regarding the repair costs. Initially, he insisted that the previous owner had properly maintained the vehicle, but after presenting evidence to the contrary, it became clear that the Jeep's condition did not match what I had been told at the time of purchase. At one point, the owner told me he would offer some form of compensation for the expenses, but he never contacted me again, and I never received any reimbursement. In the end, I had to resolve everything myself. Due to their lack of transparency, accountability, and compliance, I do not recommend buying vehicles from Manuel Auto Center.
