Terrible service. They tell you a process will be ready in 7 business days, but it takes twice as long or even longer. Communicating with them is another huge problem because they NEVER answer the phone. I definitely do not recommend this insurance.

They have no customer service; they don't answer calls. They raise insurance premiums without notifying their customers. It's impossible to file a complaint. It's been a bad experience.
