Terrible customer service, they're disorganized. They don't respect the order of entry for each cage, and the employee on duty, Luis, gives preference to people he knows. I don't recommend it at all; it was a terrible experience. I'd never travel so far to go to them...

Excellent but they need to lower the prices per ball.
