We visited this Italian restaurant late at night, so the atmosphere was very peaceful and not crowded, which we really enjoyed. The ambient and overall vibe of the place were very nice and relaxing. The cold beer was definitely one of the highlights of the evening. :) The Caprese salad was actually good — it’s hard to really make mistakes with a classic like that — but the presentation and balsamic glaze decoration could definitely have been done a little differently. Hahaha. From the way it looked on the plate, it honestly seemed like everything was just randomly thrown together. Unfortunately, the rest of the food did not really justify the prices. The pizza we ordered was underbaked, and when we politely asked if it could stay in the oven a little longer, the staff said no. The grilled octopus also had an unexpectedly sweet taste that wasn’t really for us. I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but this place still needs a bit more work and attention to detail, especially considering the prices they charge. Overall, the experience was average — nice setting and drinks, but the food and service left us disappointed for the price point.
Atmosphere and food & drinks were good. Pizza I don’t like too much tho. Seafood pasta I highly recommend. Service was nice but I would appreciate if someone would speak proper English and tell us that we have to pay extra 18% with card. So bring cash with you!!
This was our best dining experience in Samana. The food was amazing, my boyfriend had the steak and I had a lobster trio dish that was to die for. I ate everything. They had live music, the service was good even though they were busy and it was just a good experience. The dessert was equally good!
Great location and very nice vibe. There was live music the night we were there. We were a party of 8 and the service was great. Staff was very attentive and the food came quickly. Pizza was very good, ceviche was great, and the rest of the group enjoyed the tuna, pasta with shrimp and fish fillet. Overall great experience.
Really good Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere. We ordered a Caprese Salad for an Appetizer, a Gnocci pasta dish for a 2nd course and then split one of the pizzas. Actually had a Nero d'Avola on their wine list which don't see very often.
