Everything was really good and the place was really pretty..

A great place to enjoy dinner and view the sunset. They have background music but they do not blast it, so it makes the experience relaxing. Their menu offers a great variety of seafood mixed in with traditional Dominican plates. I've been here 3 times and all my experiences have been positive. More than enough parking spots. I would consider it upscale, so the prices are just a tad higher than a regular restaurant, but not much of a difference. I highly recommend this place.

Outdoor seating (no AC). Octopus was superb, ceviche delicious although weird texture of the fish used. Whole fried fish “chillo” (red snapper) was of good size, although seasoned still needed more salt or flavor. Natural freshly made drinks were yummy. Come prepared to spend $. Lunch for 5 people US$150.00 (not included yet VAT tax nor service fee/tip).

La Marinita is a lovely restaurant just outside the Colonial City of Santo Domingo, nestled by the port. Amazing dishes! I’ve gone here twice now and on both occasions I was surprised by how flavorful the food was. Any is a wonderful waitress and all of the girl staff as well. The menu has tons of options as well as their bar. The atmosphere is perfect for nighttime enjoyment. I’ll definitely be going back on my next trip! 🇩🇴😊
