I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the grill, but I've been waiting an hour and they still haven't brought the food. The shrimp in the sushi smells a bit strange, and the rice is hard, like it's undercooked. I don't recommend this restaurant.

The food truck itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden and a great atmosphere. There's plenty of parking. However, the food and service at this particular truck are terrible. The first time we went, the food was good and well-prepared. On Friday, it was awful. The ceviche was bland, dry, and tasteless. The employee (who claims to be a cashier, waitress, and jack-of-all-trades, and also works for the burger truck) gave us terrible service. Additionally, we ordered a camarofongo that never arrived. They need to improve, or they'll lose a lot of customers.
