Excellent place to exercise all your body muscles. They have a great variety of exercise machines to work each muscle separately, and the customer service is excellent. They pay attention and give advice on which exercises are best for your muscles, and each day they offer a selection of exercises for a specific muscle group so you don't overwork all your muscles in one day. Excellent place, I highly recommend it.

Very good, it's very complete in terms of machines

For me, it has been more than a great experience. The coaches are very professional and guide you to the results you want. It has all the necessary equipment for training and a very pleasant atmosphere.
