I have it 4.6/5 instead of a 5 but they don’t have that scale here! I review restaurants in Santiago often…so here it goes! Maru was excellent decor, the lights and ambiance fantastic! I ordered a Paloma with tajin rim, Paloma was great, like a 9/10, but did not come with tajin rim, waiters didn’t tell the other waiter…and did not try to fix the issue either. Not like crazy deal breaker, but sometimes high restaurants do try to fix it, and usually I just say fix on the next drink and it’s all good. Aside from that, food was delicious. Definitely get the app with the seafood in clams with the fire super great! I also got the steak tartar which I found it to be amazing! We got wine and the dinner food I got the biminipap, Asain inspired. It was great! I thought it could have been a tat bit more authentic but nonetheless was good a 9 again on the dinner. 10 on the apps! I also got Hugo spiritz that got to my table atleast 20min late. Basically well after I was done eating. That was all their fault on that one. So my drinks was a Paloma (great get with tajin), spicy margarita was was to die for, and the Hugo spirits which came super late. And wasn’t on time. So overall I’m at a 9.1-9.3. Little small fixes and it was a perfect dinner. I will come back again!

Visiting Santiago very often. First time and definitely not last. Tomahawk steak was perfectly cooked and service was amazing.

The menu description is excellent — everything sounds so good it makes you want to order everything. I went for the bourguignon, and given my roots, I can say with confidence that it was truly delicious. I even asked the waitress to pass my compliments on to the chef… let’s hope they actually made it to the kitchen. The desserts were divine, and when a small issue came up with one of them, it was handled with kindness and respect, which definitely counts. Overall, I really enjoyed the restaurant and we do plan on returning. That said — because honesty is part of the experience — customer service is a muscle that needs daily training. The staff is friendly, but at times they seem to be running on autopilot, eyes wandering somewhere in another galaxy

Beautiful place! Awesome atmosphere. Prices on point will definitely go back. Live music is worthy. Staff very attentive and welcoming will definitely recommend
