My order arrived over an hour late, although they apologized for it. The fresh juices were very good; I ordered cherry and passion fruit with oats. However, the food was not good. I ordered a hamburger with fries; the lettuce wasn't fresh, and the meat had a strange taste and appearance, like it was fake meat, which was very disappointing… I couldn't even finish it, I only ate half. The fries didn't taste fresh, like they had been cooked earlier in the day or were leftovers from the previous day. I really wanted to like this place since it was my first time eating here, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll order food from this place again. UPDATE: I just saw the owner's response, and none of that is true. If the delivery supposedly arrived on time, then why did you apologize for being late? It's clear you're lying to cover up bad customer service instead of taking responsibility and offering a genuine apology. To make matters worse, I got food poisoning from your food and was vomiting for a week. After this experience, and especially after such a dishonest response, I would never recommend your food or service to anyone.

I love their hamburgers, they're really cheap, I think it only cost me about 150 pesos the last time I went, it came with fries and I even had enough left over for a soda.
