The cakes are very good, but today I went to buy some and the girl told me that a piece of almond costs 200, and then the cashier told me it costs 250, just because I forgot to say hello. I thought she was joking, but she charged me and didn't even give me a receipt. It's a shame that good businesses are ruined by bad employees.
To begin with, I ordered a cake with plain white meringue. They told me I had to pay an additional $100 for the plain meringue. I sent someone to pick up the cake because it was for my photoshoot and I didn't have time to go get my own cake, as I trusted them to make a flawless white cake. What I received at my house, already changed for my photos, was a cake mounted on a piece of cardboard with terrible edges. I called to complain and they told me I had to pick up my cake to make sure everything was okay. So, according to them, I should have dropped everything to go and see if they could do their job properly. Because I pay them for a job and I also have to tell them it's wrong. They're watching this. In short, there's no customer service; you have to tell them how to do their job. They don't take orders seriously. A disaster. I'm attaching the photos.
I love them. The best cakes in the area.
The quality has gone down a lot. My family and I used to love the custard and almond cake, but now it's more expensive and doesn't taste good. The custard tasted sour, and nobody could eat it. A disappointment; I won't be back.
The worst cake I've ever tasted... I don't recommend it.
