Bad experience, the security guard was very rude, but everything else was great.

Terrible patient service. I crossed half the city to pick up my results. According to their schedule, they're open Saturdays from 8 to 12. Well, at 10 a.m. the place was empty. After waiting in the reception area, I had to go inside and walk through the hallways until I found an employee lying on a gurney who told me to come back during the week, saying she didn't know about it. A total lack of respect, irresponsibility, and inconsideration towards their patients. I've never seen anything like it!

Terrible service. I think it's the worst experience I've ever had with a medical testing facility. The tests themselves are fine, and the doctors are good, but the logistics for appointments and results delivery are awful. They prepare the results right when the patient is about to pick them up—a complete lack of respect. I don't recommend it. The worst part is that these are services people seek out of necessity, not by choice.

The patient care coordination is terrible! The tests themselves and the way they're done are very good, but the results are a disaster—the appointment for the results and their delivery is awful. This needs to be taken into account to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
