The staff is impolite and has a bad attitude. The food is a joke, terrible and old. Don't waste your time; you have better options. The owner has to give better training for his employees in customer service.

The gentleman at the register was great! But the rest of the staff was rude. I had to wait over 30 mins for an apple pie to be ready on top of the 15 I had to wait for my order to be called. They kept skipping over my order and when I asked they stated “its almost ready” i ordered a cheese burger and a happy meal. Overall poor service, dont recommend dining in.

Good place to eat fast food in Santo Domingo

It's the most modern McDonald's I've visited in the DR, but modernity should not get in the way of a good customer service experience.

The place is super clean, the staff was polite and friendly, it has a nice and safe playground for little kids good for kids from age 3 to 7, many parking spots, a wide variety of items to choose from with, affordable and economic prices.
