Overall one of the better offerings of the franchise in the city, easy to find parking spots, great open reception, clean bathrooms, and the food you'll expect from the restaurant. Overall, great experience.

Good as any other, very spacious. Prices are standard, this has a good space for kids to play. One issue is that at times if you go to the second floor is hot and A/C might take long time for someone to turn it on.

Very nice location, good parking, modern facility but the supervisors need a lot of training as well as the employees. This is close to my home and I stop periodically. The coffee is great but they make a lot of mistakes on the orders and not very attentive at the counter. Basic stuff like good morning , my name is, may I take your order etc etc

I can understand that employees must be trained but do not leave them unsupervised so they can make all sorts of mistakes on orders. The manager/ supervisor was very rude towards her employees in front of customers. Worst McDonald's experience ever. 😑 🤦🏻‍♀️

Employees need customer service training. I was given the wrong order despite repeating myself. The cashier ignored my attempt to repeat my order for her understanding at the drive thru. Before going to the drive thru, I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no employees bothered to tell me the counter was closed and to use the drive thru. Service is terrible...too many young people not taking their jobs seriously. The new Wendy's down the street has much better customer service and will get my business.
