The only bad thing there is that they take too long to deliver the test results, and they always say there's only one machine. Patients who go there do so to get the results quickly to the doctor. I've been waiting 12 days for some tests and nothing has happened, and I'm pregnant. Today when I went, it turns out there's only one machine, and I asked via WhatsApp. The fact that there's only one machine shouldn't affect the patients; they should buy another one, for God's sake.

For a simple piece of paper for school, they charged me for consultations, they bill my insurance, you pay for the tests and they bill the insurance, and then they demand I pay for the certificate. They don't tell you any of that when you go for the service. It seems more like a cheap rip-off than a health center.

Terrible service. You make an appointment for a consultation, and on the day of the appointment they tell you that your insurance doesn't cover it. They don't have the tools they need. HORRIBLE.
