Excellent service from manicurists Laura and Jessica and hairdresser Gleny; the only improvement, although it's an added value and not a paid service, is regarding the coffee. The last three times I've been there, besides having to order something, they haven't asked me; they've told me the stove is broken for making coffee. If that's the case, they should say upfront that they don't have it available, only water and tea.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went to get my hair and nails done, but the result was terrible. They didn't do my hair properly; it looks like it was done at home, and it was frizzy as soon as I left the salon. The same goes for my nails. They cut them three times while they were doing my pedicure and manicure. They cut them so badly that I ended up with a toenail infection, and now I'm on antibiotics because of their negligence. They don't have a comfortable area for pedicures. The manicurist recommended applying calcium gel to my nails. I thought, "Okay, that sounds good," because of how simply she said it. But what she didn't tell me was that it would cost 2800 pesos per application. They charged me for everything: removing the polish, applying the polish, etc. The worst part is that they charged me 7000 pesos, even including services they didn't do. The staff seemed more focused on how much money they could squeeze out of me than on providing good service. I felt ripped off. The service was good until I complained, and instead of offering a real solution, they tried to compensate me by refunding the overcharge with a cookie or some snacks. I definitely do not recommend this place. It was a terrible experience and a huge waste of money.
A super experience I loved it 🙌
Excellent service from arrival to departure; all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended
