Zero stars. They are completely irresponsible. During the furniture move, they damaged the coffee table and the arms of the furniture (they weren't like that when we bought them). It took them almost six months to take responsibility, and when they finally did, they made the damage even worse, as if it were out of malice. They literally damaged the table and the paint. I wouldn't buy a hand fan from them. They're very friendly and helpful when they try to sell you everything, but then they show how unprofessional and malicious they are instead of responding properly to the customer.

BEWARE, this page is dedicated to SCAMS. I hereby inform all citizens not to contact these criminals. They operate from their homes and are being actively sought by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office against High-Tech Crimes for committing more than 700 scams against citizens. They have used multiple names; previously they called themselves JM CELULARES, CELULAR PLUS, SARA COMERCIAL, and now they call themselves MELIZA COMERCIAL.

The customer service is rude; besides, how are you supposed to buy something on credit and have them jump through hoops to deliver it? Bad, very bad.
