It's appalling how these people handle customer data; the worst experience I've ever had. They don't know how to manage or communicate information, and they're completely inattentive to payments and transactions made by customers. They supposedly had two outstanding payments, one from November 17, 2025, and another from December 17 of the same year, but they never contacted me, let alone called, to let me know. It wasn't until today, January 23, 2026, that they sent a collector to my door saying I had an outstanding debt for the appliances I bought from them. And while I was talking to him, he made it clear that it was my responsibility to make sure the payment was applied, as if I worked for them. But that's not what bothers me; it's the fact that if they had at least answered the phone or WhatsApp when I got tired of calling to make sure, maybe this wouldn't have escalated.
